Level 1 Spring Forest Qigong Workshop

Join Munira Jiwa, Certified Level 1 Spring Forest Qigong Instructor and Certified Feng Shui Consultant to learn the philosophy, exercises and basic meditations of Spring Forest Qigong.

Spring Forest Qigong is a simple and powerful form of meditation exercises that help you experience your optimal health, wellness and happiness; helping you heal physical and emotional pain; helping you enhance the quality of your life and the lives of others.

The goal of SFQ is to teach you ways to open your energy channels and maintain balance. Remove the imbalance and you remove the pain. Learn how to cultivate your Vital Life Force Energy (Qi) and enhance all areas of your life.

Introduction to Feng Shui

Is your home helping you to create the joyful, balanced life
you want?

Have you read about Feng Shui, tried to map out your house and become frustrated and uncertain? Are you new to Feng Shui and do not know where to start?

Join this interactive class. Come and discover ancient and time-proven techniques to enhance any area of your life using Feng Shui. By learning these principles you can:

• See what role your environment plays in your success
• Locate each of 9 key areas of your home
• Make simple adjustments to your home and office environments to support and nourish your dreams
• Enhance relationships, attract opportunities and encourage better health

*Please come to class with a hand-drawn or to-scale floor plan of your home.

The first part of the class will cover where Feng Shui philosophy comes from and the fundamentals of the nine key areas in any building.

The second half of the class will give you a chance to apply the Feng Shui layout to your own house with the help of the instructors and then give you ideas of ways to use color, imagery and specific Feng Shui cures to begin to make changes in your spaces.

The information you will gather will excite you and show you the first steps to utilizing the art of placement, Feng Shui, in your own life.

*Each student will be asked to bring 9 red envelopes, each with a coin in it, to the class. These envelopes will be given to the instructor(s) at the end of the class. The envelopes are a part of the BTB tradition to show honor and respect for the sharing of this esoteric information. The Chinese red envelopes typically found in Asian markets are the most inexpensive, but any red envelope is appropriate. Any coin denomination may be used.
